Step Up Your Game: Introducing the New Earn Page

We're excited to announce a significant update to the Earn page of our app. We've been listening to your feedback and have been hard at work to improve your experience. The new Earn page is designed to make it more engaging, rewarding, and fun to contribute to the Talent Protocol ecosystem.

What's New?

The Earn page now features three main sections: Quests, Invites, and Rewards. We've also introduced Experience Points (XP), a new way to track your progress and engagement within our community. Let's dive into the details.

Experience Points (XP)

XP is a measure of your participation in our community. The more value you add to our ecosystem, the more XP you receive. XP can be earned through actions inside and outside the Talent Protocol app.

Here's what you need to know about XP:

• XP acts as an internal reputation within the app, not as a currency.
• You cannot buy XP.
• XP measures participation, not professional reputation. It represents your reputation within our community, not your professional skills or work experience.
• You can earn XP by completing quests or inviting users.

Quests

Quests are a combination of actions within the app. By completing quests, you can win Experience Points (XP). We've designed the quests to be engaging and rewarding, and we hope they'll encourage you to explore and contribute more to the Talent Protocol community.

Invites

Every user now has a unique invite link. For each friend you invite who signs up and verifies their account, you win 500 XP. It's a great way to grow our community and earn XP at the same time.

Community Leaderboard

The new community leaderboard is now on the homepage and tracks the users with the most Experience Points (XP).

The old leaderboard was a monthly ranking of the users with the most invites, called the "Referral Race", which was discontinued with this release.

The winners of the May Referral Race are:

🥇 hkay: 2,500 TAL

🥈 blondychain: 1,500 TAL

🥉 Manuel Andres: 1,000 TAL

Rewards (coming soon)

We're still developing this feature, but we're excited to give you a sneak peek. Soon, you'll be able to claim prizes based on the amount of XP you have. It works like a reward ladder: the more XP you have, the more valuable the rewards you can claim.

Here's what you need to know about Rewards:

• Users don't lose XP when they claim a reward. XP are a measure of reputation, not a currency, so they are never lost.
• Users can only claim each reward once.
• A user needs to be verified to claim rewards.
• Examples of rewards include: caps, t-shirts, TAL tokens.
