Talent House #5 - Meet the next 14 builders to join us in Lisbon

Talent House returns to Europe after a warm break in Latin America 🎉 Our journey started in Barcelona at Celo Connect, continued to Paris at EthCC Week, then we crossed the Atlantic to Mexico City for ETHMexico and Bogotá for ETHBogotá and Devcon.

The fifth Talent House will take place between October 26th and November 7th. This edition is a special one because our grant winners will have the opportunity to hack at ETHLisbon (Oct. 28-30) but also to attend multiple global conferences, such as Web Summit (Nov. 1-4), Solana BreakPoint (Nov. 4-7), and others.

For this Talent House #5, we have received 97 applications from 31 different countries. This time the majority of our applicants were from India (14.43%), followed by France and Nigeria (11.34% each), and Argentina (6.18%).

We also started to observe a trend of more technical people applying to be part of Talent House. Similar to the previous editions, for this one 62.88% of the applicants had a technical background, and 32.12%, respectively, were non-technical.

Although the choice was very difficult,  a jury consisting of Talent Protocol and Celo Foundation representatives selected 14 high-potential builders who have proven their ambition to grow and develop in the Web3 space.
