Introducing: Talent Hunt 🕵️
Talent Hunt is a scout-to-earn quest to increase the number of high-potential builders in our community and also to reward those who have invited them in.
This is not your typical referral program. We need your help to find hidden talent and usher them into the spotlight đź’«
Every week the 3 users who invite the most builders will win a total of 1,000 TAL. You can also earn an additional 100 TAL for every user that launches their own Talent Token you invite.
To participate in the Talent Hunt you must first complete the Beginner Quest. After that you’ll be able to join this ongoing program that rewards members for referring new talent to our community.

A builder is someone who has big dreams and takes action towards them. Think of someone who has the entrepreneurial mindset to pave their own way and that leverage on tech, Web3 and education to reach professional success.

How to invite high-potential builders? ✉️
Once you complete your profile, you’ll have access to your personal invite code, that looks like this: beta.talentprotocol.com/join/username.
You’ll just have to share it across your starry network.
Prizes 🏆
Every week - from Wednesday to Wednesday - the 3 users who have invited the most users to join will win a total of 1,000 $TAL, distributed as follows:
1st Place - 500 $TAL
2nd Place - 300 $TAL
3rd Place - 200 $TAL
Users can also earn an additional 100 $TAL for every user that they’ve invited that launches their own Talent Token.*

Talent Hunt is an initiative launched by Talent Protocol from September 2022 until October 2022. Duration dates can be altered.
Only users with the Beginner’s Quest complete (About section completed on their profiles and a wallet connected) will be eligible to participate in the Talent Hunt.
Under Talent Hunt, we will only consider as “new users” the ones who have signed-up and completed the beginner’s quest.
*Talent Tokens are subject to an application and due approval
